Tipping made easy
Working out a tip and splitting a bill in your head is awkward, especially after a meal. This tool does both at once. Enter the bill, the tip percentage you want to leave, and how many people are sharing, and it shows the tip, the grand total, and the amount each person pays.
Tipping customs vary by country. In the United States, 15 to 20 percent is common for good service; in many other places a smaller tip or none at all is normal. Adjust the percentage to suit where you are.
